About the Dish

Our brisket is smoked low and slow over clean-burning Texas post oak wood for upto 16 hours. The long cook develops a deep and rick bark while rendering the meat tender and juicy throughout.

Method

How It’s Made

  • Hand-trimmed and patiently dry-brined to let the beef speak first.
  • Seasoned with coarse salt, cracked black pepper, and lightly layered Indo-Pak aromatics that stay in the background.
  • Smoked low and slow for 12–16 hours over clean hardwood until the bark sets deep and the fat renders silk-soft.
  • Rested properly, because true juiciness is earned - not rushed.
